With over $375 million dollars in closed transactions since 2005, Nancy consistently ranks among the top 5 producing agents on Maui and Hawaii year after year. In 2011, she was awarded and recognized for representing the highest priced residential sale in Maui’s history, a $27 million dollar estate in Makena, and with Wailea/Makena closings of over $96 million dollars in 2011 (YTD Oct) Nancy leads Hawaii in luxury high-end sales.

Nancy lives the Wailea and Makena lifestyle and has been influential in the community’s growth for many years. Most recently, Nancy was the lead broker for the 1,800 acre Makena Resort development which directly abuts Wailea to the south. The scope of the development was significant incorporating residential, condominium, commercial, golf course and hotel operations. Prior to the 2007 financial collapse, which halted progress at the resort Nancy successfully represented the Maluaka project release – a condominium project which ultimately closed just under $40 million in sales.
